Chris Chapman, a trustee of the Leeds Children’s Charity, is a member of a 16 strong team who will be cycling 75 miles from Silverdale, near Morecambe, to Leeds on Saturday 19 May 2012. The team will include staff from Aviva and Henderson Insurance , and they will be travelling over many hills to raise funds for the work of the Leeds Children’s Charity.
Leeds Children’s Charity is a local Leeds’ charity that was founded to provide free residential short breaks/respite for disadvantaged children of the City aged 7 to 11 years. Over 400 children each year have fun, play, and make lasting friendships at Leeds Children’s Holiday Centre, Silverdale, away from difficult home situations and responsibilities beyond their years.
