Leeds Children’s Charity is delighted to announce that it has been chosen to receive royalties from next year’s research book, published by Cambridge University Press, focussed on topological quantum computation – a subject which combines physics, mathematics and computer science.
The author, Jiannis K. Pachos is a Reader in the School of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Leeds. He works on a variety of research topics, ranging from quantum ﬁeld theory to quantum optics. Dr Pachos is also a University Research Fellow of the Royal Society.
We are delighted to have been selected and would like to thank Jiannis K. Pachos for choosing such a worthwhile cause. We wish him every success with his new publication.
