Covid-Secure Activity Days

We are excited to announce that Lineham Farm can now offer schools Covid–19 secure activity days and we have been approved as Covid-19 safe by Leeds City Council. These are only on offer while residentials are unable to go ahead due to the government’s Covid-19 guidelines.

Activities and Programme

The activity programme can be customised to your school and the activities available include Bushcraft, Lineham Explorers, Orienteering, and Outdoor Archery and more activities like Low Ropes Course and Climbing may become available depending on the Covid-19 restrictions. Please note that the departure time may vary depending on the activities chosen.

Prices

The Covid-Secure Activity Days cost £200 per activity group + VAT where applicable. You can have up to 11 children per activity group with a maximum of 3 activity groups per day. Lunch is not included so please bring your own packed lunch.

EXAMPLE

Aim: To experience new outdoor activities or develop skills.

Learning Outcomes:

  • To take part in outdoor and adventurous activity challenges both individually and within a team.
  • To compare my performances with previous ones and demonstrate improvement to achieve my personal best.
  • To develop map reading skills.
  • To use a compass, grid references, symbols and key.
  • To take part in physical activity in a range of environments, developing skills to solve problems either individually or as a group.
