Summer Solstice Wellbeing Event with The Spxce
This summer, The SPXCE will be bringing a series of outdoor wellbeing experiences to the woods at Lineham Farm in support of Leeds Children’s Charity.
Hosted by Louise Mortimer, these gatherings are designed to create space to slow down, reconnect, and experience practices that support nervous system health, grounding, rest, and deeper connection within both body and mind. Held within the woodland surroundings of Lineham Farm, each event begins around the fire circle before moving into the evening’s guided experience.

Summer Solstice Event
Saturday 20th June
10am to 5pm
Our Summer Solstice gathering will mark the opening of the series with a full day immersive experience within the woods. A day designed to honour the turning of the season through breathwork, movement, connection, rest, and nature. Expect grounding practices, nervous system support, reflection, and community, all held within the calm surroundings of Lineham Farm.
