Cycling

Using our amazing woodland paths, bumps and jumps, children and young people can learn to ride and also increase their own experience in the outdoor environment.

Archery

Learn to shoot like Robin Hood in our climbing barn or in our outdoor archery range.

An environmental education based session with an in-depth look at the wildlife and animals that live around Lineham Farm. Activities can include pond-dipping, gardening sensory games, bird spotting, following tracks and trails and the opportunity to look after and interact with a number of different farm animals.

Low Ropes

Our fantastic low ropes course has twelve different activities and is designed again for team-work and listening skills. A really great activity to round your time off at Lineham.

Orienteering

Children and young people get to run some energy off around the site against each other, learning about map reading and working together as a team.

Country Trail

The country trail again looks at map reading, having fun in the countryside, country code, walking and wildlife spotting.

Nightline Challenge

Our nightline challenge enables children to work together, using good communication and support skills, to complete an obstacle course while being blindfolded.

A brilliant session for young people to get a certificate to show that they can remain calm, understand what to do and who to call in an emergency situation.

Team Games

An opportunity to play a variety of fun and challenging team games encouraging children to think, plan, work together and support each other. This is a great way to end your time at Lineham and brings together all the skills the children and young people have learnt.

Night Walk

A very exciting start to your residential, the children and young people are taken on the night walk to start their week off in style through our woodland and around our fields – great for stargazing!

Self-led Campfire

Sing some songs, cook some marshmallows, enjoy the great outdoors around the fire in our woodland area. Great for bringing the group together for some reflection and evaluation.
